1. Who we are
Stansted Cab is a trading name of Kinetix Delta Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17276682.
Stansted Cab ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through stanstedcab.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's used, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Contact: stanstedcab.ops@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect

3. How we use your data
- To create and fulfil your booking, including sharing necessary details with the assigned Operator
- To send booking confirmations, driver details, and flight-delay updates
- To respond to enquiries and complaints
- To improve our website and services (aggregated/anonymised where possible)
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (fulfilling your booking), legitimate interest (service improvement, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications, where opted in).
5. Who we share data with
- Operator/driver — the licensed operator assigned to your journey receives your name, contact number, and pickup/drop-off details, and shares their own contact details and live location with you directly.
- Service providers — email/SMS delivery (including Twilio) and flight-tracking data providers, solely to deliver the service. We do not use payment processors, as we do not collect payment.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data retention
Booking records are retained for up to 24 months for accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email stanstedcab.ops@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the booking form and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our booking systems.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
